We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop support Engineer to Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Handle and resolve tickets via ticketing tools (SLA driven)
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and network issues
- Manage meeting rooms (VC setup, projectors, AV support)
- User account management (Active Directory, password reset, access)
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations
