We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide a combination of desk-side support and field-based break-fix services. This role will support internal staff as well as respond to on-site technical issues, ensuring reliable operation of end-user systems, network-connected devices, and company technology infrastructure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Field Support (Break-Fix): Respond to on-site technical issues at customer or company locations
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and system issues independently or in coordination with the help desk
Provide supplemental support to field staff as needed
Travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle
Desktop / Office Support: Provide desk-side technical support to internal employees
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office and general user applications
Perform hardware setup, maintenance, and replacements for:
Laptops and desktop computers
