The Desktop Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and administration of the on‑premises end‑user computing environment. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of desktop devices, operating systems, peripherals, and workplace technology while delivering excellent customer support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral‑related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Support on‑premises Active Directory, Group Policy, file shares, and end‑user access requests.
• Manage hardware deployments, upgrades, device refreshes, and asset lifecycle activities.
