Responsibilities
- Be a trusted member of our team by providing advanced desktop and end-user support, ensuring seamless operations for a global team efficiently.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
- Support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to assist with server, storage, and network tasks, offering hands‑on support for various projects.
- Manage device and software deployments using tools like Intune and Jamf.
- Monitor and resolve issues with end-user systems while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and create documentation for IT tools and processes.
