Support end-user technology as a Desktop Endpoint Systems Analyst. Provide comprehensive support for desktops, laptops, VDI, and mobile devices ensuring smooth operations.
This position requires a proactive approach to handling endpoint support issues, focusing on optimizing user experience and maintaining security compliance. The analyst will work directly with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents while helping to deploy updates across various platforms. Technical expertise in Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager will be essential to close gaps in the support workflow.
