Designer, Training Development – Permanent contract in Turku, Finland. Hybrid work model with option for remote work.
The WLSA Training Development team supports training centres and stakeholders worldwide by developing online learning content for Wärtsilä products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining online training content
- Transforming technical information into clear, user‑friendly content
- Collaborating with subject‑matter experts globally to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
- Leading, managing, and participating in training development projects
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of eLearning authoring
- Experience with technical documentation
- Knowledge of creating animations/videos is advantageous
- Knowledge of Wärtsilä products is advantageous
