* Experience in designing decorative lighting and home décor products
* Expertise in Table Lamps, Floor Lamps, Pendant Lamps, Wall Lamps, Ceiling Lighting, Candle Holders & Lanterns
* Strong understanding of materials, finishes, product development, and global design trends
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Rhino, Photoshop & Illustrator
* Experience with home décor brands, buying houses, exporters, or product design companies
