Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and design presentations
- Develop office interior concepts as per client requirements
- Coordinate with project, execution, and MEP teams
- Prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with timelines
- Visit sites for measurements and execution coordination
- Work closely with vendors and stakeholders during project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture
- 3–12 years of experience in office fit-out/interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and rendering software
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, and execution detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
