Job Description
We are seeking an experienced contract Design Project Manager to oversee the full design lifecycle of large-scale data centre projects across the UK . The role involves managing design delivery from preliminary design through to construction and final as-built documentation, ensuring compliance with client standards, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and seamless integration between all project phases.
The successful candidate will lead design coordination across Core & Shell, Utilities, Foundations, and Fit Out packages while managing BIM coordination, technical submittals, IFC deliverables, design reviews, permitting, and construction support activities. UK travel may be required for workshops, milestone meetings, and project coordination.
