<p>Provides critical support to our design team as the go-to person for a variety of operational and administrative needs, helping the fast-paced creative design environment run smoothly and efficiently.<br><p><strong>Team Coordination & Support</strong></p><p>Meeting Support: Assist in managing agendas for leadership check-ins and Design Reviews; help capture and publish notes and next steps.</p><p>All-Hands Coordination: Support the planning of Design All-Hands meetings by creating presentation shells, coordinating with presenters, and publishing key takeaways.</p><p>Team Milestones: Manage calendar reminders and Slack workflows for important team events, trainings, performance management, and awards submissions.</p><p>Recognition & Rewards: Help coordinate the team's awards program and monthly swag selection process.</p><p>Logistics: Process monthly swag orders and coordinate shipping w...
