Design Manager

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Licenses/Certifications: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Licensed Electrical Engineer in the Philippines preferred.

Experience:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in solar PV system design (residential or commercial rooftop)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PV design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, Aurora, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of load analysis, string sizing, inverter matching, and cable sizing.
• Familiar with NEC/IEC/Philippine Electrical Code and grid interconnection standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, teamwork and problem-solving.

Other Requirements: Willingness to conduct site visits and travel when needed.
