Our client is a highly respected property developer and construction business with a growing portfolio of heritage-led developments across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a specialist division focused on the restoration, refurbishment and sensitive redevelopment of listed and historic buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultant teams including architects, engineers and specialist conservation advisors.
- Ensure compliance with listed building legislation, conservation requirements and planning conditions.
- Drive design coordination throughout pre-construction and delivery phases.
- Review technical information and manage design risk.

- Proven experience as a Design Manager within construction, development or consultancy.
