About the Design Manager Opportunity
PSR Solutions are proud to be working with a leading Main Contractor based in Kettering , recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the design process on a range of Industrial and Commercial projects across the Midlands region. The role is predominantly office-based , with regular visits to live sites, offering the chance to work closely with both internal teams and external consultants to deliver technically robust, buildable, and efficient design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the design process across multiple industrial projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
