Job Description
Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the design process within a Main Contractor setting with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Working on the delivery of industrial/warehouse schemes up to £25m, duties to include (but not limited to):-
- Manage the design process for the construction phase of projects, ensuring that all designs are delivered to the highest standards, within budget and timescales.
- Monitor Information release, in line with the IRS
- Monitor and report on RFIs and RFI statuses.
- Organise and attend Design Team meetings as required, producing minutes when requested.
- Review design submissions for quality and sufficiency.
- Coordinate information from Consultants, Employers agent and Construction Team and assist in overcoming issues and ensuring compliance.
