Design Manager, Construction – Hybrid, Lead Projects

Elomatic is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a Construction team of nine and drive high-quality project execution. You will plan resources, manage schedules, and coach the team while collaborating with sales, supporting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Location can be Turku or Jyväskylä, with hybrid work flexibility. Requirements include a BSc/MSc in civil engineering, expertise in steel and concrete structures, and Finnish regulations knowledge.
