We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Design Manage r to lead and manage the complete design process for high-end interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design development from concept creation through detailed design, authority approvals, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, project budgets, and timelines

Key Responsibilities

• sLead the design process from concept development through schematic, detailed design
• Manage and coordinate architectural, interior design, joinery, and MEP design requirements
• Review design drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure compliance with project objectives and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and approval requirements
