Position’s Contributions to Work Group
- Design foundry tooling using Creo software, following established standards and best practices for the no-bake molding process
- Focus on improving tooling quality and reducing lead time for tooling construction
Typical Task Breakdown:
- Prepare RFQs for tooling
- Design new pattern tooling
- Troubleshoot and resolve casting issues
- Perform re-gating and simulation analysis
- Support additional tooling and process-related tasks as needed
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- Internships are not considered as experience
