**About the Role**
Carrier is seeking a **Design Engineer** **(Electrical & Electronic Components)** to support the qualification, evaluation, and validation of electrical and electronic components used in air conditioning products. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Evaluate and qualify electrical and electronic components for new and existing products
+ Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
+ Support new product development and engineering change activities
+ Investigate component-related issues and provide technical recommendations
+ Collaborate with suppliers, engineering teams, and manufacturing teams to support product qualification and implementation
+ Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records
