Role Summary
The Design, Build & Maintenance Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of ZUS Coffee store openings, renovations, repairs, and maintenance across the Philippines. This role is responsible for ensuring that every outlet is built on time, within budget, according to brand standards, and maintained in a way that supports store operations, customer experience, and long-term asset efficiency.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage contractors, suppliers, landlords, internal stakeholders, and maintenance teams while continuously improving construction cost, project timelines, equipment uptime, and preventive maintenance standards.
