Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Design Coordinator with daily coordination, follow-ups, and project-related tasks.
Visit local shops, markets, and vendor locations to source materials, collect samples, gather product information, and maintain vendor relationships.
Visit project sites to capture photographs, document progress, and provide regular updates to the design team.
Maintain and regularly update vendor directories, contact databases, and project-related records.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, samples, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Organize and maintain physical and digital records related to materials, specifications, and project documentation.
Support the team with research on materials, finishes, furniture, décor, and design references as required.
Assist in ensuring timely communication and coordination between site teams, vendors, and the design department.
