Responsible for daily tasks involved in design and management of facilities and structures for clients. This includes performing actual design tasks (conceptual, layout, and detail) and/or coordinating design and construction activities, studies, and various analyses. Create plans and gather design requirements for new structures. They can also design alterations or repairs to existing structures. Design Architects focus on the look and style of the project while adhering to building requirements and codes. Higher levels are responsible for setting company standards and developing the architectural discipline.
