**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:
- Prior experience working on drilling rigs or similar heavy industrial sites.
- Strong understanding of drilling fluids, mud systems, and rig safety protocols.
- Physically fit; capable of working at heights and in all weather conditions.
- Valid BOSIET Certificate.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
