Coordinate with T&C manager for a Signalling Test and Commissioning strategy and Plan for the project.
Coordinate with T&C manager to schedule Signalling Test and Commissioning activities.
Coordinate with T&C manager to develop the organizational, work breakdown structures and provide reliable estimates of tasks duration and costs to be aligned with the Project Milestones.
Coordinate with T&C manager to identify Signalling Test & Commissioning needs in term of resources (Human/Material).
Work with Installation, Project Manager and in close cooperation with Project Design Authority on the design issues.
Coordinate with the client and engineering all Signalling T&C activities, assuring that the required premises are fulfilled at due time.
Hold regular progress meetings with T&C manager and team leads.
