Job Description

For aleading Lifestyle brand with store location at the airport Zurich-Kloten, we are looking for their new Deputy/ASM in order to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand and ensuring the most effective store operations.
  

POSITION 
Leading the Team  
Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff
 
Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development 
Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment 
Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication 
Sales Management  
Drive team performance to meet sales goals
