Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role will be front face to the end customer, handling all kind of technical queries related to Chargers or related to support required related to installations.Customer handling – role will be more of consultant immediate solution provider looking at the needs of the customer.
Should be able to deal with RWAs DISCOM in handling queries related to approvals, product and installation safeties.
Co ordination with Sales & Service team at AD & Powerol Dealership, Sales & Service team at AO / RO / ZO level of AD & Powerol s
DMS Monitoring, Service calls in DMS and co ordinate with field team on activation of services like Site Survey, Installation and Commissioning.
Strengthen service systems and processes at Powerol Dealers Guide / Support / Educate Sales team at AD dealerships & Customers on understanding Charger Installation process and ground work required at site.
