Deputy Procurement Management Head

The role will lead both Non-Technical and Construction Procurement, with key accountabilities in procurement strategy and governance, end-to-end sourcing and contract management, supplier and contractor management, cost optimization, risk and compliance, and team leadership. The focus is on building a scalable procurement function that supports business growth and project delivery.

Strategic Procurement Leadership

• Develop and implement a group-wide procurement strategy aligned with the conglomerate’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead category management initiatives for construction materials, contractors, professional services, hospitality supplies, facilities management, technology and other indirect spend categories.
• Establish procurement policies, standards, and operating procedures applicable across all business units.
