Job description Handle plant procurement activities of Raw materials, Stores & Spares, services for smooth operation of plant. Initially handle the procurement, follow up, taking GRN of all plant, machineries & equipment (both indigenous & imported) for projects. Responsibilities Creation or extension of all item codes for plant machineries, equipment, services. Making purchase orders as per the approval and comparative note sheet by the Purchase Team. Follow up with Vendors are per P.O Terms for delivery of materials. Maintain proper records & ensure gate entry of all incoming materials. In coordination with the EHS Manager, communicate the requirement of contractor safety management to all service contractors. Ensure receipt of material as per purchase order terms, making GRN, sending invoice to Finance department Communication with vendors for any short receipt or quality deviation and process documents for commercial settlement.
