• Deputy General Manager (DGM) HR & Payroll to lead the organization's payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires strong expertise in payroll governance, labor law compliance, HR systems, and process improvement while partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing/EPC environment.
