As a Business Manager you will harmonize, coordinate and target the different commercial efforts across the targeted countries to maximize the market opportunities. Your primary management responsibility will be managing business operations, including maximizing sales and market share gain for products and/or services throughout identified LAtAm territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales- Responsible for all top line & Bottom-line growth / profitability of business in assigned region.
Planning- Develop and implement the regional strategic and tactical plans for the products and distributor strategies whilst performing continuous process improvement.
Operations- Handling end to end operations relating to the Sales and BD activities in Latin America by closely working with the Head of RoW Marketing operations.
