Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic planning and budget management
• Enhance data use for improved service delivery
• Assist in operational training and equipment management
• Lead with a focus on public and departmental safety
• Participate in Chief-on-call rotation
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in Emergency Services
• 5-7 years in a fire service environment
• Expertise in emergency response operations
