Deputy Director, Fundraising

The Deputy supports the Senior Director, Fundraising in executing growth strategies, managing key partnerships, leading deal execution, and driving operational excellence across the business development function. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Head and provides leadership continuity, operational oversight, and execution rigour to achieve sustainable revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, proven relationship leadership, and a track record in sales and partnership development over 15 years, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver value-driven solutions.
