Operations Strategy and Target Operating Model Partner with the COO and Executive Management Team to define and execute the Banks operations strategy in line with business growth and digital transformation priorities. Develop target operating models across Payments, Transaction Banking and Corporate Operations. Review structures, governance, decision rights and service delivery models across Head Office, centralized operations and branches. Build a scalable operating platform to support growth in customers, products and transaction volumes. Support workforce planning, budgeting, investment prioritization and resource allocation. Payments and Transaction Operations Lead domestic and international payment operations, including interbank transfers, corporate payments, reconciliation, investigations and exception management.
