Job Description
CTG is seeking a Depot Technician to support the repair and refurbishment of point-of-sale (POS) hardware in a fast-paced repair center environment. This role is ideal for candidates with electronics repair experience who enjoy hands-on technical work and delivering high-quality results.

**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair POS equipment, printers, displays, and system components.
+ Perform bench testing, inspections, cleaning, and component replacement.
+ Document repairs, parts usage, and inventory transactions using computer-based systems.
+ Pick, pack, and ship equipment and replacement parts.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
+ Assist with training new technicians and support team objectives.
