Package: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + vehicle / car allowance

Our client, one of the fastest‑growing drainage companies in the UK, is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Depot Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of their busy depot. This key operational role focuses on managing teams, resources, and day‑to‑day activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery.

The Role

• Day‑to‑day management of the depot and operational workforce, ensuring all activities are delivered safely and to the highest standards
• Lead, support, and develop a team of drainage operatives and supervisors, ensuring clear communication and effective resourcing
