This role will involve profiling and shipping out hardware. This person will be responsible for only Windows OS and will be utilizing the general Office Suite and installing a myriad of other applications. This role is focused on data entry and operational support within an IT warehouse and back-office environment. The technician will input, update, and maintain data across tools such as Excel, SmartSheet, and ServiceNow, supporting hardware lifecycle tracking, asset reporting, and inventory documentation. They will be part of a larger logistics and IT support team, assisting with back-end processes. Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow set procedures are key to success. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
