Job Description

Job Summary The Departmental Technician II position creates, monitors and maintains user accounts in various administrative systems, other with other administrative assistant duties in an office setting. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, Administrative Assistant position working on a 12-month schedule, reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise Infrastructure. Responsibilities • Create, maintain, and monitor user accounts across Oberlin’s enterprise systems, including handling Obie ID changes, agency hires, contractors, and college and student organizations.
• Perform routine account administration and maintenance across key platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, and Box.
• Coordinate ID Card Office duties, including processing new hires, alumni, and family member additions from OnBase; capturing and uploading ID photos, printing cards, and managing inventory and supply orders.
