Job Description
We are looking for a Department Manager to lead our **Process and Fish welfare department** in Sandefjord, Norway. Working with the engineering unit of the company, this position will be given the mandate to lead a department dedicated to delivering RAS solutions to our projects focused on fish welfare and process excellence.
**Position Overview**:
The Department Manager responsibilities include managing people, developing annual roadmaps and handling department budgets. Ensure that the department has sufficient competence and capacity to carry out tasks within process engineering in all core activities. Allocate personal as per request from customers and internal departments. Further develop fish welfare as a competitive advantage in the market for Pure Salmon Technology.
