Responsibilities

  • Perform various management activities within the department.
  • Define objectives and communicate expectations to the team, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity in accordance with established standards.
  • Apply and respect the budget for the department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior management experience.
