Responsibilities
- Perform various management activities within the department.
- Define objectives and communicate expectations to the team, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity in accordance with established standards.
- Apply and respect the budget for the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior management experience.
