Demi Chef de Partie — Kitchen Operations (Dubai)

Accor Group seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to support daily preparation and presentation in a busy hotel kitchen in Dubai. You will handle recipes, portion standards, HACCP compliance, and safe operation of commercial equipment while collaborating with hygiene and hotel departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a luxury hotel kitchen, strong food hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team, including evenings and weekends.
