About the Role Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to manage planning and scheduling for two manufacturing facilities. This role is critical in driving accurate demand forecasts, leading the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, and creating optimized production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts considering Booked & high Probability Sales order. Lead monthly SIOP cycles, aligning demand, supply, and inventory strategies across both plants. Translate demand plans into supply requirements and detailed production schedules. Plan workorders & entre demand forecast in Oracle. Optimize plant scheduling to minimize changeovers and maximize throughput. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to address exceptions.
