• Drive the pre‑demand review process to ensure cross‑functional teams are performing to roles and responsibilities to achieve a consensus demand plan 24 months out.
• Ensure accurate handoff of the demand plan to the site planning team to ensure the right net demand is loaded to the site, and serve as the liaison to Site Supply Chain managers.
• Drive forecast accuracy and BIAS improvement using statistical modeling and segmentation strategies.
