Lead client communication and supply planning as a ROP Planner. Enhance restaurant operations through effective demand management within your assigned portfolio.
As a ROP Planner, you will manage essential client relationships and maintain a continuous flow of communication with various restaurants. Your role includes providing vital support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes within the food supply chain. You'll ensure smooth operations by integrating restaurant orders and addressing any arising orders or delivery adjustments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support and communication to restaurants
• Manage customer relationships in assigned portfolio
• Triage and close support tickets efficiently
• Monitor and process restaurant orders using JDE
• Assist with onboarding new restaurants and closures
