Select Offshore in Dubai is looking for a Team Lead to oversee a team of Delivery Consultants. This role involves coaching, project oversight, and ensuring high-quality client project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture. This position is based in our office at Dubai Marina, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
