Delivery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of delivery riders/drivers.

• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding delivery requirements.

• Monitor delivery performance and productivity through daily reports and KPIs.

• Resolve delivery issues, customer concerns, and operational challenges promptly.

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure delivery personnel follow company policies and procedures.

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of delivery staff.

• Ensure vehicles and delivery equipment are properly maintained and operational.

• Investigate delivery incidents, accidents, and customer complaints, and submit reports.

• Train, coach, and evaluate delivery personnel to improve performance.
