Delivery Station Shift Lead: Lean Ops & Safety

Amazon in Mexico is seeking a Shift Station Manager to be based in San Luis Potosí, MX. You will manage the delivery station, lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, and ensure productive operations to meet goals.

You will support safety programs, drive process improvements using Lean tools, and adapt to changing operational needs while maintaining a safe workplace. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of people management, and fluency in English; weekends/nights may be required.
