Delivery & Returns Experience Lead, Mexico

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Head of Delivery and Returns Experience to own end-to-end improvements for customers in Mexico. This role leads a centralized function spanning distribution centers to customer-facing tech, reporting to LATAM leader and guiding a team of Senior Managers.

You will drive strategic planning, tracking, portfolio management for 50+ projects, and advance automation and AI to improve delivery speed, cost, and returns experience for Mexican customers.
