Delivery Operations Leader — Couriers

DHL eCommerce Malaysia is seeking a Head of Delivery and Couriers to lead the implementation of their delivery strategy. This role requires managing multiple teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and developing relationships across DHL eCommerce.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of operational management experience, a strong background in the courier industry, and excellent leadership skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
