Mission Statement
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to work across multiple squads, ensuring strategic technical alignment, continuous delivery, trading system reliability, and robust regulatory oversight. You will coordinate with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to champion a culture of measurable improvement, using DORA metrics and other industry‑recognised frameworks to drive actionable, data‑backed enhancements in the speed and quality of delivery.
