Skill: Delivery ManagerExp: 19-24 yearsLocation: NoidaHave managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data support.Have managed mid (20-40 FTE or 40 FTE or 8-15mil per year) Projects/Programs and demonstrates good program management skills.Have led a portfolio of multiple small to mid-size engagements managing different customers and respective delivery teams.Deep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards.Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT servicesAbility to independently run overall account governance meetings with clients.
