Job Description
Portfolio Management:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of projects within the $10 million portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor and control portfolio performance, including budget, timelines, and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery processes across the portfolio.
Client Delivery:
- Ensure high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
